Step One Motorsports welcomes Natalie Decker
Step One Motorsports is delighted to welcome professional NASCAR driver, Natalie Decker, to its roster of athletes and ambassadors from 2022 onwards.
In 2023, with the backing of Step One Motorsports, Natalie will continue her racing career as she continues to grow and evolve on the competitive scene.
Natalie commenced her motorsports career at the age of 12, racing four-cylinder modified stock cars, and in 2013, was named as the ARCA Midwest Tour’s rookie of the year.
After cutting her teeth with a full-time campaign in the 2018 ARCA Menards Series, Natalie contested her first races in the NASCAR Truck Series in 2019.
She finished inside the top five in the Truck Series’ 2020 season-opener at Daytona and in recent seasons, has made guest appearances in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.
By partnering with Step One Motorsports, Natalie joins Juan Manuel Correa, Romain Grosjean, Chris Walsh, and Chandler Smith on its team of affiliated drivers.

About Natalie Decker
Natalie Decker is a professional stock car driver, and at the age of 25, represents the future of competition in NASCAR. After gaining experience in a variety of regional series, Natalie stepped up to national competition in 2019 by racing in the NASCAR Truck Series. She finished inside the top five at the championship’s 2020 opener at Daytona after narrowly missing out on victory, and in 2023, will continue to grow in experience.
