I had a great experience with the sales team who helped me purchase my new vehicle. They were very flexible with my needs and wants with the vehicle and highly recommend them.

I was in FL for the week with family, on day 2 of the 7 day trip my vehicle had an issue where my key was no longer recognized by the body control module. I had it towed in to the nearest dealer and KIMBERLY was my service advisor. She communicated with me through the entire process and had my BCM replaced under warranty and had me back on the road in 24 hours. Couldnt ask for better communication or customer service, shes 10 out of 10.

Buying my new Jeep was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I absolutely love my new Jeep and appreciate how easy they made everything. I had a great experience getting my first car here at Step One Subaru! My salesperson Alex and the finance manager Sheryl made the process very easy to understand and made sure to go through all of my options before I made any decisions. The store environment is welcoming and comfortable, I was not rushed or hassled.

We stopped by just to look and price a GMC Sierra truck. Shelli came out and greeted us but did not put any pressure on us. She was friendly, professional, and put us at ease very quickly. I recently purchased a Bronco from the dealership in Crestview and the experience was great. Miller was pleasant and professional, not pushy, listened to my concerns and Seth the GM was on point and competitive with pricing to have my local business. Entire transaction was quick and easy. Change is good for this dealership. I am already referring friends and family to buy a vehicle from them.
