Great customer service! I went to look at a used vehicle and decided to buy it. Jack was my salesman, he was great to work with. He got me in and out in less than an hour. When I got home I noticed a few minor things that needed to be fixed. Jack took care of the issues without hesitation. Buying a car is usually a painful process but not this time. My experience with Step One Jeep/Ram Crestview was great. Shopping for vehicles should be fun and this time was no different. From start to finish the step One team was friendly, answered all questions and made the experience fun!

I was at anther Kia dealership, minutes from closing, but couldn’t come to an agreement. Went home and reached back out to Mason. He was prompt (even after hours) and helped set up the foundation to close. Waited for the vehicle we wanted to come in 3 days later and between him, Mark, and Mike, they made a typically difficult experience like car buying as easy and painless as possible and closed the day it came on. Can’t see buying a car anywhere else from this point on.

I had an amazing experience buying a truck here. Nathan was very helpful and made the truck buying process a breeze. I never felt pressured and the whole process was as simple as it could be.
