Step One Ford of Crestview was great Sam did an excellent job on my F250 and I will use them all the time. He took care of four recalls that needed to be done and if I would’ve brought my truck in, it would’ve taken a couple days whereas he did everything in about five hours at my home. I have been working with Desean since I began taking my trucks to GMC and have never had a bad experience. He is always prompt and very informative about the status of my vehicles being serviced. I have brought some of my other Chevrolet fleet vehicles here just because the service is much better.

Went in because they were having an upside down payoff assist, but found that to just be an add to get you in the door. I love the jeep! Staff were friendly and helpful. I just wish they would have backed up the promise to help with trade! I also loved that they didn’t try to talk me into something cheaper because I knew what I wanted and what I was leaving with.
