We had went to look at a Sentra at Step One Subaru and we inquired about a Taos at Volkswagen. Laura had sent us over to Allison and she hooked us up. Both Laura and Allison were extremely professional and nice. The finance team were also awesome, especially Phil. Overall, my wife and I had a great experience and if I could give 10 stars I would. I went to Step One V/W for a DSG service. I went there a week earlier and spoke to the service manager about the price. He about$390.00. When dropped my vehicle off for the appointment, the service manager took the appointment(my vehicle) and said the vehicle would be around 11:00am. No problem. When I picked my vehicle up the price was$550.00.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Kimberly in the service department at Kia. She was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone so attentive and compassionate these days. She truly made a stressful situation feel easy and even pleasant. I’m really grateful and would absolutely recommend her to anyone. If anyone in that building deserves a raise, it’s her Kia!!! Keep the good ones around!. ❤️
