We went to test drive a Jeep Gladiator, unsure about the vehicle but thought we would like it. Tanner did a great job sharing, but not pushing, the vehicle. When we decided to purchase the Jeep we came to look at, there was no pressure, more so conversation, as we did our homework. Erik in finance was kind, quick and efficient in his tasks. There was no pressure to buy any add-ones, and the process was concluded with us driving home in new 2021 Jeep Gladiator!

I took my 2015 Dodge Challenger to find out what is causing a rear end noise when turning. I first took it to SunCoast Chrysler in Seminole, Fl they had it for 2 days and told me they changed the rear end oil then drive it 150 miles. They charged me $200 for this I took it to Lee Chrysler and kept it for 2 days. They disassembled the rear end bell housing did some adjusting and test drove it with the same results. I purchase a KIA Soul x-line on November 21, 2019. The dealership required a digital signature on a pad that was not correlated directly to a the contract. That was an extremely confusing process. The dealership was unable to provide a copy of the contract for review prior to me driving off the lot with the car. The Dealership lost the digital signature due to computer issues I had to come back to the dealership on 23 Nov, 2019 to resign all the documents, and I also request that the GAP insurance be removed. On February 27th while traveling South 95 I experienced a problem with my windshield washer. I asked at our hotel if there was a Jeep dealer near by, they printed out directions to your dealership. This was by far my best car buying experience. They found me the deal I was looking for and got me into it quickly. I have spent whole days in other dealers being pressured to get a bad deal. The employees at Peacock worked to get where I wanted to be. The manager came out when we needed to hagle instead of the back and forth with a middleman and got me out in about 2 hours. Robert was not a high pressure salesman and I think that was the most important factor in me purchasing my vehicle. He did not make up an answer to a question if he didn't know and he did not lie about features of the vehicle as other salesmen have.

It took several calls on several occassions to reach a live person. On two occassions driving to the dealership was necessary to get in touch with service or sales department? We are very pleased with our new 2018 Hyundai Sonata after a two week road trip of about 2000 miles. We had no plans to car shop until our 2009 Sonata's ignition stopped turning on with either key. I felt at a distinct disadvantage with what had been a trouble-free car that would not start in dealer's service dept.
We had originally planned on buying a Kia, however they were unable to find the car we wanted, with the features we wanted (after we waited weeks). As a result, we researched other alternatives and found that the Hyundai Ioniq, not only had nearly all of the features we wanted, but had better gas mileage too. And our sales representative, found what we wanted in less than a week.
