I went to Step One V/W for a DSG service. I went there a week earlier and spoke to the service manager about the price. He about$390.00. When dropped my vehicle off for the appointment, the service manager took the appointment(my vehicle) and said the vehicle would be around 11:00am. No problem. When I picked my vehicle up the price was$550.00.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Kimberly in the service department at Kia. She was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone so attentive and compassionate these days. She truly made a stressful situation feel easy and even pleasant. I’m really grateful and would absolutely recommend her to anyone. If anyone in that building deserves a raise, it’s her Kia!!! Keep the good ones around!. ❤️

Went in and talked to Mike and Melcom and told them exactly what I wanted and they delivered just that..there was no pressure or gimmicks..if your looking for and anything dodge or Chrysler go see them guys..not to mention Jacob in the finance dept..he explained and gave me the right recommendations on the extras so I wouldnt purchase something I didnt need, he was quick and we were out of there less 2 hours..
