Step One CDJR Fiat Fort Walton Beach

My husband and our family were vacationing in Destin, Florida, and our rental car’s trunk wouldn’t close. We tried contacting Hertz, but it was unsuccessful, so we decided to seek help from a dealership. We found Step One in Fort Walton Beach and had an incredible experience from the moment I walked in. Bobbie, a wonderful employee, quickly rose to assist me. He took the time to thoroughly fix the problem we had. When we asked about compensation, they assured us that it was okay. I’m not sure if Step One is aware of this, but they have a truly exceptional employee in Bobby Jones. We will never forget his kindness and the positive impact he had on our vacation.

Elijah was outstanding, he made the entire purchasing process great from start to finish. The team was great as well. We were honored to find out we were his first customers and hope he continues to be a member of this team for years to come, when we go to purchase our next car, we will certainly be asking for him again.
