This place provided hands down the best customer service we have ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We worked with both the service team and the sales team after learning our vehicle was no longer safe to drive. The service team was incredible. We live two hours away, and they provided us with a loaner vehicle while everything was sorted out and our vehicle was inspected. The entire process felt calm, supportive, and never pressured. My car was in very bad shape, and the service manager handled that conversation with such care and compassion. You could truly tell he cared about our safety and wanted the best for us. When we transitioned to the sales side, Andy made the entire experience seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to our budget and what we were looking for in a vehicle. He took the time to make sure we felt confident and comfortable in our decision. Even the general manager went above and beyond… making us food while we were there reviewing our options. That level of hospitality is rare. We absolutely love our new vehicle and are so grateful to the entire team for taking the time to ensure we were in something safe, reliable, and suited to our needs.
