I really can’t say enough about the staff here from purchasing the car from maintaining the car to everything else that they do here! Everybody is incredibly kind and caring. Shout out- in the service side of things. Julia basically save my life in a time where I had literally blown a head gaske, she helped me out and just ease my mind and help me with the whole process. I just really can’t thank these folks enough for everything that’s done for me through all that!

I want to give a shout out to the Service Team here at Step one. Chris Guest was my Service Advisor and he was fantastic. I had an issue with my Pacifica and needed to drive back home to Ohio. He acted with a huge sense of urgency (as did the service team) and was able to get me on the road quickly. I'm grateful to Chris and the entire team. These guys would be my go to if I lived down there.

We purchased another Subaru from Step One , from Everlee, and wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. Everlee is so knowledgeable and interested in our needs and ideas. Sheryl in Financing and Jason who made the trade-in and final purchase price work were respectful to our entire family and very professional. The service department employees at Step One have been polite and courteous during past scheduled maintenance. Subaru vehicles live up to their name!
