James Bondi was my salesperson who I met through and ad on fb. The original car i inquired about sold but he remembered me and got me in the same vehicle but with more options. The entire process was quick and easy from beginning to end. The sales manager, finance team and everyone at step one gmc were very friendlh and accommodating to all my requests and needs. I highly recommend!!

Originally came to this location instead of Pensacola because of there price for the same vehicle, however was amazed to find a team that generally cares for their guests and has supreme hospitality. Thanks to Andy for helping us figure out everything with the payments and Yago the general manager for pleasant to speak with as he introduced himself to us and made us feel welcomed as well. Glad to have found a good dealership that makes it worth the drive!

Tim was extremely helpful and allowed us to make decisions pressure free which made the process seamless. Very laid back and friendly atmosphere. The entire team from Yago (GM) and Sheryl in the finance department were all nice and made the experience painless. Wouldn't hesitate to send friends and family here.

Austin was an amazing help throughout the entire process, he went out of his way to go the extra mile and did much more then he had to. I have nothing but good things to say and would highly recommend going to him if you are looking to buy a car.

Needed an oil change done on my truck.. Forgot to schedule with my local dealer.. Contacted Crestview Ford and they were able to get me in right away. Fast service great communication.. They also came to the house and performed service to clear a recall notice on the truck..
