I purchased my Maserati from this dealership . There was an issue that came as to no fault of anyone that currently works there or myself. The staff at this dealer worked their butts off to correct the issue and I greatly appreciate every single one of them. I need to give a shout out to Jason who at the time of the mishap was the GM up there. He came through and held up every promise that he ever made me. I must also mention the service advisor. Corinne who is a rockstar and goes above and beyond service writer's job description that I've ever dealt with to make sure problems are handled Overall, the entire staff of this facility goes above and beyond the normal call of what's asked of them and the pursuit of simple vehicle purchases, it's much more than that Overall experience from the time I bought my car back in August till now has been extremely positive. Even with the mishaps that occurred the car is 100% nothing out of my pocket that did not need to come out of my pocket. They met every request I had quickly. Only thing that slowed us down was we were at the mercy of international shipping. I fully understand that and when dealing with a brand like Maserati which is a smaller car company who produces high dollar vehicles, it can be tough especially when talking about overseas only available parts. Overall, if you're shopping to get a newer used car, the staff here will meet you and we'll work to meet your requests and needs.
