I started my auto search in Jan.2026. Pensacola to Panama City, not much luck. Then in March I had the pleasure of meeting with Jack at Step One GMC in Ft.walton. On his days off he responded, phone calls returned. Cars I requested to see, he drove me to other locations. He was top notch to work with, and No Car Sales Pressure. April 2, I found the right auto. I will add I know what I wanted, couldn't settle for less.
Then moving into Title Office Mgr. met with Kim. Very professional and knowledgeable about her job. All questions were answered.
