I had a problem with my third row seat not functioning. The module was replaced and I retreived it only to find it wasn’t working still. The service team at Step One facilitated by the service advisor, Desean Coker, worked diligently to get to the bottom of the problem. I had to be without a transportation for a few days but he saw fit to arrange for a loaner. To make my experience even more memorable and fair was the fact that I was not charged for the extra labor nor the additional part missed that was needed for the repair. The professionalism, courtesy and respect meant a lot to me and my husband. We are appreciative as we have always had great experiences whenever Step One Automotove-Pensacola was a part of the plan!!
