The Wife and I were in the area from out of town and coincidentally, had been in the market for a new car. We decided to stop in at Step One and, as fate would have it, Andy was our sales representative. I have gone through the car buying process numerous times. This, by far, has to be the best experience we've ever had. Andy and the sales manager, Jason, were great. Andy listened to what we were looking for and delivered. At no time did anyone try to upsell or convince us to purchase anything we weren't looking for. Everyone was clear and upfront with all pricing. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
