That is why we have a comprehensive initiative in place to increase sanitation procedures and implement processes to help keep you safe at all of our locations.

Repositioning desks and chairs, rearranging service lounges, we are committed to do whatever it takes to keep our customers and our team members safe.
Dedicated Sanitation Crew – Each and every Step One Automotive Group location has a dedicated team member to conduct daily cleaning and sanitation on an ongoing basis throughout the dealership. You will recognize them by the specially marked white shirts they wear.

This is a full out disinfection and sanitation conducted on every surface, wall and doorway.
Personal Protective Equipment – Our team members are required to wear masks at all Step One Automotive Group locations. We strongly encourage customers to do the same. We have disposable masks available for all visitors at the cashier. Please just ask.
Buy From Home and Free Pick up and Delivery – And for customers who would rather not come into the dealership, we offer buy from home options and pick up and delivery when your vehicle is serviced.
