Step One Automotive Group Georgia Marketing Manager and Team Presented Bald Eagle Award from Veterans Council of Chatham County

FORT WALTON BEACH, FL. (November 18, 2021) – Step One Automotive Group Georgia Marketing Manager, Maja Ciric, accepted the Bald Eagle Award presented by the Chatham County Veterans Council. The award represents the council’s appreciation of hard work, dedication, and support of veterans and first responders. Through Ciric’s efforts, Step One Automotive Group has continuously provided support and recognition to local veterans and first responders through “Grab and Go” meal events, the Step One Local Hero Award, Veterans Day parades, and various other efforts.

“The bald eagle award is given to an individual who has shown exemplary service and support to the veterans council and the veterans of Chatham County”, said Joe Higgins, President of Veterans Council of Chatham County. “This year, the Bald Eagle Award was presented to Maja Ciric who has gone above and beyond.”

Congressman the Honorable Earl L Buddy Carter and Congress of the United States House of Representatives presented the flag flown over the United States Capitol in honor of Step One Automotive Group for their support of veterans and first responders. Congressman Carter presented American flags to the Soldier of the Year, SPC Gavin Currey, NCO of the Year, SGT Hunter Davidson, and Parade Grand Marshal, Jimmy Grismer.
